The National Guard has in recent times had a recruitment boost due to the mass unemployment in the state.
Led by their Colonel they have been taken on a live firing excercise for predeployment training which has got the troops talking of impending action however ..the training exercise has been interupted. Awoken in the middle of the  night, loaded onto a truck - escorted by a black federal vehicle with flashing lights you now find yourselves standing on the edge of a typical small american town. Black suited federal officers, men in FEMA jackets and army officers are milling around - The hum of conversation drifting over the assembled masses. After a few minutes - a Colonel pushes his way out of a tent and walk over to a Humvee - He climbs on to the flatback, grabbing a Loudhailer from an aide and turns to face the crowd.

"Gentlemen we have a problem and you are the solution...."

The Citizens of Hollow Rock have like those elsewhere in the USA been hit hard with the global economic depression. In a town where family values matter, it was only time before the compulsory purchase of the outlying farms, mass redundancies and general malcontent directed towards a corrupt covernment and the big corporations seemingly above the law spilled over.

The Sherrif known for putting his townsfolk first has called a meeting at the town hall in an attempt to hear his townsfolks issues with Bio-Trax CTU, the global pharmacom company which has a secure lab within the town and has made massive job cuts whilst the execs are given golden bonus packages.......

Private Security Force Of Bio-Trax

Bio-Trax is a global pharmacutical corporation which has a secure lab within the district of Hollow Rock. At first it employed a high percentage of the local population until approximately 3 months ago. Recently there have been threats and employees of Bio-Trax have been assaulted on their way home. After a Breakin to one of the labs sparks off rumours of experiments gone wrong Bio-Trax brought in its own Security team to secure the Lab and its personnel.

In small town Hollow Rock it is not surprising that there are rumours of Men in Black, Ufo sightings and abductions ...... but how much of this is based on small town gossip?
